I’ve been drinking coffee ever since and my only brand is NESCAFE. I’m glad that they were able to come up with different flavors because it suits up each taste buds accordingly. No surprise actually that NESCAFE Philippines was able to have more than two million likes and fans on their Facebook fan page in such a short period of time, thereby making them as the top company on Facebook to garnered more than two million fans! In return, NESCAFE would want to give back to their loyal patrons and consumers some sort of “Thank You” for patronizing their coffee all these years.

PARTY WITH THE WORLD’S #1 DISCO SUPERSTARS: THE VILLAGE PEOPLE LIVE AT SMX CONVENITON CENTER (ONE NIGHT ONLY)

Remember the hit songs such as YMCA, In The Navy, Can’t Stop the Music as well as other hits made popular by the all-men group The Village People? Well, if you’re born in the ‘early 70s until the late 80’s they were the most popular during those times and the good news is that they are coming to Manila for a ONE-NIGHT ONLY CONCERT!

Yes, you’re reading this blog right, THE VILLAGE PEOPLE will be having a concert on November 17, 2012 (go, marked that date!) at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City. Show starts at 8:30PM.
For those who probably live in the boondocks or was born later which isn’t part of that era and aren’t familiar with these awesome guys, THE VILLAGE PEOPLE is composed of men who wear different costumes each time they perform. Costumes vary from an Indian, Policeman, and Fireman, among many others.
The said concert will surely be a whole lot of fun. All their songs really made it to the top charts and even if the group isn’t as active as they used to be, their songs are still enjoying airplays on different radio stations across the globe. In fact, in the Philippines, their songs are a favorite in parties or gatherings.

The Village People

Filipinos even tried to imitate the group through the late 70’s group called Hagibis where the likes of Palibhasa Lalake and Katawan came to existence. Too bad, Hagibis had long lost their members and had disbanded a long time ago and probably gone into their separate ways. As for the original, The Village People members are still intact even up to this date. In fact, they have been with each other for 35 years and counting. Whew! That’s really something for a group to be together for such a long period of time. And the GOOD NEWS is that they are still on tour—sharing their kind of music to all of their fans.

Don’t miss this chance to watch the one-night only concert of these awesome guys. I’m pretty sure you’ll be dancing your way to their concert. Buy your tickets now before they are sold out!
