Boardwalk
Ventures Inc. in line with their celebration of their 25th year in
the social enterprise industry recently introduced mobile applications during
their iAdapt Personal Shoppers Congress 2017 held at Aliw Theater in Star City
Complex, Pasay City.
With
its vision to further amped up the experience for shoppers and customers and
thereby follow the clamor for technology in our fast-paced lifestyles, the
mobile app was launched to make shopping easier and more convenient for
consumers.
“Since
1991, Boardwalk aims to be fashion for social change. Noticing and
understanding that need, we’ve decided to reach out to the so-called
millennials in the society, aside from the usual tangible catalogues that we
have, we’d also like to cater to the young generations, the social media users
and netizens. And we can only reach them with the help of these modern
technologies. Hence, we were able to come up with the Boardwalk mobile apps,”
relates Mr. Edwin Castillo, Boardwalk Manager for Online Sales.
"We're proud to say that SnappMile and ShopOnTheGo apps are the first of its kind in the country. We have not patterned them after any other app, but simply relied on what our clients need," enthuses Castillo. Shop On The Go is an all in one mobile smartphone solutions for Personal Shoppers while the SnappMile is the collection for logistic application.
The groundbreaking app envisions to hasten consumer transactions to address convenience. It includes e-catalog, PO coupon, multiple carts, order status, chat function and many others. Snap[Mile also gives opportunities for personal shoppers to get additional income from collection and delivery of products as it is showcased online.
Empowering
Boardwalk’s personal shoppers as well as loyal clients had never been this
easy. Now on its beta testing, Boardwalk family hopes to eventually reach out
even overseas Boardwalk users in as far as Hong Kong with the new mobile technology
app.
